🛒 Ingredients:
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- ½ cup snap peas
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos for gluten-free)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
🥘 Directions:
