🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • ½ cup snap peas
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce (or coconut aminos for gluten-free)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

🥘 Directions:
